Prophecy Countdown Update

In 2009, we updated our website which Cindy and I began back in 1989.  At the end of last year I also completed my latest book:  The Kingdom that is available for free on our website.  In the re-design of our site, we had intended to offer a prophecy Blog to help encourage the Bride of Christ as we await the return of our Bridegroom.   Then in April of this year, Cindy was admitted to the hospital where we discovered that she has a rare form of cancer called: Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, which is an aggressive sub-type of peripheral T-cell lymphoma.  She is in Stage 3 of the disease and the prognosis by the doctor is not very good.

We need the Lord to intervene as Cindy’s Great physician and perform a miracle!  She began an 18 week period of chemotherapy in May, so please continue to keep her in your prayers during this trying time.  Last year I dedicated my book: The Kingdom to Cindy.  Little did I know at the time, the trial we would be facing in 2010:

“This book is dedicated to my wonderful wife Cindy, who originally taught me to be watching for the Lord to return. She has been an incredible soul mate who has weathered many trials and difficulties with me:

“Dear brothers, is your life full of difficulties and temptations? Then be happy, for when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow. So let it grow, and don’t try to squirm out of your problems. For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete.”

(James 1:2-4 – Living Bible)

Cindy has been a great friend and encourager, and hopefully together we will both be fortunate enough to each receive the rewards at the end of our journeys:

“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.” (James 1:12)

Cindy and I really appreciate your prayers as we enter into this latest trial.  We know that God is in control and our lives are in His hands.   Jesus is returning very soon for those who are longing for Him to return.  Keep looking up and keep praying the prayer He taught us to pray:

“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” (Luke 21:36)

God bless,

Jim & Cindy
